Version: PMPWATCS(25/05/2026)V1
Effective from: 25/05/2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the choosepmp.com web app (“Web App”), including all pages, features, content and services made available through it.
By accessing or using the Web App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use the Web App.
1. About the Web App
The Web App is operated by PMP. The Web App has been designed, developed, hosted and/or managed on our behalf by third-party service providers. Those providers support the technical operation of the Web App but do not provide insurance, indemnity, medico-legal advice or customer services on behalf of PMP unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
2. Purpose of the Web App
The Web App is provided to help PMP customers access selected customer services and information more easily.
The Web App may allow you to:
- contact PMP;
- access or download your policy schedule;
- contact our medico legal helpline for general advice and assistance;
- refer a friend or colleague to PMP;
- follow links to resources hosted on the PMP website.
The Web App is intended to support customer access and communication. The Web App does not replace your policy documentation, including: your certificate of insurance; schedule; policy wording; any endorsements; renewal documentation; and/or any other contractual documents issued to you.
Any information, documents or functionality provided through the Web App are subject to eligibility, underwriting and formal acceptance, and do not constitute an offer of, or confirmation of, cover.
3. Access to the Web App
Access to the Web App is permitted on a temporary basis. We may withdraw, suspend, restrict or amend access to the Web App, or any part of it, at any time without notice.
We will not be liable to you if, for any reason, the Web App is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Web App, or the entire Web App, to users who have registered with us or who have been given authorised access.
4. Login details and security
If you are provided with, or choose, login details, passwordless access, verification codes, user identification details, passwords or any other security information, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose your access details to any third party.
We reserve the right to disable any login, user identification code, password, verification method or other access credential at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions or if we consider it necessary for security, operational or compliance reasons.
You are responsible for ensuring that anyone who accesses the Web App using your device or internet connection is aware of these Terms and Conditions and complies with them.
If you believe that your login details or access credentials have been lost, stolen, misused or disclosed to someone else, you should contact us as soon as possible.
5. Policy schedule
The Web App may allow you to access or download your policy schedule.
If there is any inconsistency between information displayed on the Web App and policy schedule issued to you as part of your policy documentation, your policy documentation will take precedence.
6. Contacting us through the Web App
The Web App may allow you to submit enquiries, requests or messages to PMP.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.
Submitting an enquiry through the Web App does not guarantee that it has been received, reviewed or actioned unless and until we confirm this to you in writing.
For urgent matters, you should contact us directly using the most appropriate contact details provided to you.
For the avoidance of doubt, claims cannot be notified through the Web App. You should refer to your policy documentation for details on how to notify a claim.
8. Refer a friend or colleague
The Web App may allow you to refer a friend, colleague or other contact to PMP.
You must only provide another person’s details where you have their permission to do so.
By submitting a referral, you confirm that:
- the person you are referring is known to you;
- you have their permission to provide their details to us;
- the details you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you have not misled the person about why their details are being shared.
A referral does not guarantee that we will be able to offer cover, services or terms to the person referred. Any decision will be subject to underwriting and eligibility criteria.
If any referral incentive, reward, discount or benefit is offered, this will be subject to separate referral terms, which will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
9. Resources and links to other websites
The Web App may provide links to resources hosted on the PMP website or other third-party websites.
These links are provided for convenience, information and reference only.
Where the Web App links to resources on the PMP website, those resources may be updated, withdrawn, replaced or amended from time to time. The use of the PMP website is subject to the terms and conditions contained therein.
Where the Web App links to third-party websites, we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, legality, security or privacy practices. PMP does not approve, endorse or accept responsibility for any content on third-party websites.
10. Information on the Web App
We take reasonable care to ensure that information made available through the Web App is accurate and up to date. However, the Web App may contain errors, omissions or outdated information from time to time. No warranty or guarantee is given of the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Web App.
The information available through the Web App is provided for general and customer information purposes only. It is not a substitute for policy documentation, and is not professional or legal advice.
We may update, amend, remove or replace information on the Web App at any time.
11. No offer of cover
Nothing on the Web App constitutes an offer to provide insurance, indemnity, cover or any other regulated product or service.
No policy, indemnity arrangement or contract of insurance is created or amended through the Web App unless we expressly confirm this to you in writing. Your cover is governed by the terms and conditions in your policy documentation and any other contractual documents issued to you.
12. Your use of the Web App

You must not:

In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Web App will cease immediately.
13. Viruses and security
We use reasonable endeavours to maintain the security of the Web App and to reduce the risk of contamination by known viruses and malicious software.
However, we do not guarantee that the Web App will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or free from other harmful material. You are responsible for using your own virus protection software and for taking appropriate precautions when accessing the Web App.
We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other material due to your use of the Web App, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

16. Cookies and similar technologies
The Web App may use cookies or similar technologies.
Where required by law, we will provide information about the cookies and similar technologies we use and request your consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device. 17. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may not assign, transfer or subcontract your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent.
